She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas F. Lewis and Frances Mary Hurd (Burriss); and her brothers, James Thomas Lewis and Larry Wayne Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Roger Cadwallader; her daughters, Mary Irene Mancuso (William) of Palmer and Amber Nicole Darding of Springfield, Missouri; her stepdaughter Michelle Whiting of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Lindsey Valencia of Enfield, Keagan Dale of Palmer and Madison Renee of Orlando, Florida; her great grandchildren, Mia Valencia of Enfield, Connecticut and Eloise Valencia of Enfield, Connecticut; and her sister Bonnie Kathrens (Gary) of Bowling Green. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
