She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Carey and Sarah Carey (Redkey); her husband Gearold F. Ashley; and her siblings, Jimmy Carey, Charles Carey and Carol Davis.
She is survived by: her daughter Jane Allen (Chuck Trefz) of Leesburg; her grandchildren, Robbie Mustard (Erin) of Leesburg, Kyle Allen (Leanne Garretson) of Washington, C. H. and Sarah Crouch (Michael Drummond) of Greenfield; her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Kaitlynn, Paisley, Jacob, Colton, Conner, Ryan, Peyton and Jayse; and her siblings, Bonnie Throckmorton of Leesburg and Ernest Carey (Rhonda) of Hillsboro.
