He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Goddard and Myrtle Jane Goddard (Fryman); his wife Geneva Ann Goddard; and his siblings, Tea, Shorty Goddard and Ruby Fryman.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas W. Goddard (Kim Cooper) of Circleville, Sharon Burba (Dick) of Hillsboro, Melissa Wical (Jim) of Greenfield, Elizabeth Wagner (Mark) of New Petersburg and Jennifer Sowards (Tony) of Hillsboro; and his sister-in-law Sally Goddard of Greenfield. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren.
