He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon C. Mullenix and Golda M. Mullenix (Frost); his wife Linda Rose Mullenix; his brothers, Gary Mullenix and Kenneth Mullenix; and his close friend Donald "Jelly" Dodds.
He is survived by: his children, Beth Mullenix Lawson (Rich) of Hillsboro, Deena Mullenix of Hillsboro and Reuben Mullenix (Heather) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Corey Mullenix of Hillsboro and Jessy Mullenix of Hillsboro; his sister Patty Price (Omer) of Hillsboro; and his sisters-in-law, Carole Mullenix and Sandy Jenkins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
