He was predeceased by: his parents, Lafay Ford and Gloria Ford (Helterbrand). He is survived by: his sister Teresa Ford; his nephew Samuel Holaday; his sons, Jeff and Kenny Ford; and his great-niece Cheri Ford Speakman. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; several cousins and a host off friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home (241 E Main St, Hillsboro, OH 45133). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
