He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Glen and Ruby Crabtree Stevens. He is survived by: his daughter Ashlie Foster (Corey) of West Virginia; his grandsons, Owen Gregory and Sawyer James Foster; his sisters, Judy Perry (Jim) of Hillsboro, Libby Brown of Hillsboro and Martha Gorman (Charles) of Peebles; and his close friend Virgil Tharp. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.
