He was predeceased by: his parents, John Williams and Evelyn Williams (Everhart). He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Williams; his children, Misty Cowan (Bobby) of Leesburg, Ricky Lee Williams, Jr. of Hillsboro and David Williams of Hillsboro; his friend Shane Smith (Lorrie) of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Kourtnie Smith, Justin Smith, Lynsey Smith, Grace Cowan, Emma Cowan, Jayson Williams, Kyler Williams and Chance Smith; his great grandchildren, Weston, Maverick, Samuel and Waylon; and his siblings, Randy Williams (Viv) of Hillsboro, Janet Whaley (Randy) of Winchester, John Williams, Jr. of Leesburg and Debra Williams of Leesburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
