He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Addison Williams and Ruth Mae Williams (Reno); his son Dan K. Williams; and his siblings, John, Charles, Robert, Eugene Williams and Karol Randle.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Ray "Rick" Williams (Lynn) of Dallas, NC, Lisa Gay Gibson (Eddie) of Jacksonville, FL, Robin Renae Simms (Barry) of Lebanon and Amber Nicole Ralston (Jason) of Grove City; his brothers, Phillip Williams of Washington, C. H. and David Williams (Lois) of Lebanon; his daughter-in-law Dianne Williams of Hillsboro; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Williams of Blanchester and Shirley Williams of Hillsboro. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren.
