He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Turner and Effie Turner (Case); his wife Ann Turner; his grandson Jared Sandlin; and his siblings, Charles, Dick Turner and Dorothy Myers.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Sandlin (Michael) of Elmville and Eddie Turner (Suzanne) of Elmville; his grandchildren, Stephanie Downey (Will) of Sinking Spring, Taylor Ott (Shane) of Blanchester and Brooke Cadwallader (Ethan) of Hillsboro; his great grandchildren, Jacob Stephens, Molly Stephens, Kinsley Ott and Colton Cadwallader; and his sisters, Jean Turner of Peebles, Ruth Williams of Hillsboro and Mary Barker of Pike County.
