He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Ludwick and Margaret L. Ludwick (Houk); his grandson Taylor Wayne Ludwick; and his siblings, Mildred Bradford and Elwood Ludwick.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jean Ludwick; his children, Ronnie Ludwick (Barbara) of Hillsboro and Teresa Ludwick of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Ryan Ludwick of Hillsboro and Brandon Ludwick of Hillsboro; his nephew Kenneth "Butch" Bradford; his niece Charlotte Holloway; his great-nephew Rick Bradford (Joellen); and his cousin Ken Ludwick.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Norman's name to The Ohio State University Highland County 4-H, 119 Foraker Place, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133.
