She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis G. Wharton and Mary Wharton (Wood); her husband Homer Skidmore; and her siblings, Rebecca Wharton, William H. Wharton, Margaret Foster and Michael Wharton.
She is survived by: her children, Daryl Skidmore of Peebles, Randy Skidmore (Renee Winkleman) of Hillsboro, Angela Williamson of Peebles and Karen Walker (Steve); her grandchildren, Kyle, Eric, Steven and Shoshawna; her great grandchild Aiden; and her sister-in-law Elsie Everetts of Rainsboro. She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews.
