He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lee and Helen Parks (Woods); his son Terry Wayne Parks; and his brother Willard Paul Parks. He is survived by: his wife Pam Parks (Blosser); his mother-in-law Barbara Stewart of New Carlisle; his children, Shari Lee Rowe of Tipp City, Nola Michelle Lutz of Greenville, Angela Katherine Coonrod (William R.) of Hillsboro and James Everett Parks (Felicia Dawn) of Hillsboro; his daughter-in-law Jessica Lynn Parks of Piqua; his siblings, Bobbie Sue Preston of Wilmington and Charles Parks (Betty) of Kentucky; his sister-in-law Tammy Miller (Stewart) of New Carlisle; and his close friends, Terry and Nancy Sullivan of Hillsboro. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
