He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Howland and Helen Howland (Nancy); and his brothers, Gary Howland and Duane Hoover. He is survived by: his children, Jodi Burk (Ken), Steve Howland, Jesse Howland (Charity) and Bobby Cowan (Misty); and his sisters, Sandra Ross (Ray) and Lisa Karnes. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
