With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loretta Carlene Phillips of Hillsboro, Ohio, who passed away on September 29, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Milton and Grace Spargur Phillips; and her siblings, Virginia Phillips Freshour and Paul S. Phillips, Sr.. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Susan Freshour Price, Mary Phillips Born of Brunswick, Maine, Paul S. Phillips, Jr., Sun and Dr. David B. Phillips of Oxford.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Carlene's name to St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 234 N High St, Hillsboro Ohio 45133.
