He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Moore and Sylvia Thomas (Hakes); and his brothers, Terry Moore and John Moore. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Kim (Mike) of Chillicothe and John Moore of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Bailee McDowell (Kyle), Ryleigh Nichols, Branson Nichols, Dalton Nichols, Dylan Campbell, Ava Hivner, Addilynn Kim, Izabella Moore and Harper Moore; his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Deliah McDowell; and his siblings, Shirley Streff (Ron) of Savannah, TN and Gary Moore (Darlene) of Pricetown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Turner Funeral Home (73 E Main St, Leesburg, OH 45135). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM at the same location.
