He is survived by: his children, Tammy Bendel (Donald) of Bentleyville, PA and Kevin Spencer (Nicole Neville) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Derek Bendel (Livy), Dustin Bendel (Carlye), Devin Anne Bendel, Nathan Spencer, Natalie Spencer and Emma Hall; and his brother Ronald Spencer.
