She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Middleton and Veda Middleton (Curry); her husbands, Richard Beam and Ralph Simons; and her sister Ester Kacho.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jason Stacey, Jamie Benner, Jesse Stacey, Cristine Penewit and Chad L. Beam; and her sister Dorothy Lewis of Dayton. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
