She was predeceased by: her parents, David Shepherd and Dolly Shepherd (Tolle); and her siblings, Emma Faye Ashley, Bonnie Swisshelm, David Shepherd and Larry Shepherd.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Spiker; her pets, Spike and Zippy; and her siblings, James Shepherd (Betty), Virginia McKinny, Chester Shepherd, Michelle Pixley, Joshua Shepherd and Jessy Shepherd. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
