She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Veddern and Agnes Veddern (Cordy); her husband Joseph G. Wright; her grandson Johnathon Baker; her great grandchild Lance Baker; and her siblings, Harold Veddern and Marian Isaacs.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia "Cindy" Baker of Longview, Joseph "Jody" Wright (Susan) of Acampo, Suzanne "Sue" Hurley (Dan) of Hillsboro and Randall "Randy" Wright (Carolyn) of Schererville, Indiana; her grandchildren, Timothy Baker, Benjamin Baker, Crystal Baker, Michael Wright, Andrea Viss (Jessie), Erica Wright (Julian), Jennifer Lynn Wright, Dave Francis (Briana Hickey), Dustin Francis, Danielle York, Jennifer Wright and Tommy Wright; her great grandchildren, Avacyn Francis, Alister York, Joseph York and Dyamond Baker; and her great great grandchild Jade Baker.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joan's name to the St. Mary Catholic School, 119 E Walnut Street, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133.
