She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis "Doc" W. DeVore and Ruth Aileen McKinney DeVore; her husband John Hopkins; and her sister Judy Welch. She is survived by: her children, Fred Smith (Melissa) of Monitor, Washington and Karma Broemeling (Daren) of Clarkston, Washington; her grandchildren, Harrison, Liam Smith, Memphis and Murray Broemeling; her brother Joe DeVore (Suzanne); her brother-in-law Walter Welch; and her close friend Christine Lewis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
