She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Highley and Juanita Highley (Newman); and her sister Tammy Highley-Reser (Ronald Purdom). She is survived by: her children, Josh Highley (Lacy) of Hillsboro and Mallory McGlone (Roy) of Chillicothe; and her sisters, Kim Fife (Kenny) of Leesburg and Marianna Bennett-Cook of Leesburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
