He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wilford and Mary Milburn (Rhoads); his wife Helen Milburn (Jones); his son Jonathan T. Milburn; his stepson Tommy Lawwill; and his brothers, Charles W. "Chuck" Milburn, Kenneth Dean Milburn and Jerry Milburn.
He is survived by: his daughter Bonnie; his son-in-law Joe Florence; his son Jim; his daughter-in-law Sandy Milburn; his significant other Sue Turner; his grandchildren, Jade Hook, Aaron Milburn (Amanda), Sherry Tekavic (Brett), Stephanie Hoskins (Nathan), Kimberly Awrine (Mike), Joe Florence (Christy), Kristina Florence, Stacy Lawwill, Jeff Lawwill, Tonya Lawwill and Tommy Lawwill; his siblings, Joseph Milburn (Nancy), Dollie Landess and Hazel Hufford; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Milburn, Virginia Milburn and Glenda Milburn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Resthaven Memory Gardens (7869 Surber Ln, Hillsboro, OH 45133).
