He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Fenner and Eva Fenner (Rhoads); his son Jarred; his great grandchild Brayden; and his siblings, Bud, Ray, Fred, Carmen, Mary and Betty.
He is survived by: his close friend Sharon Fenner; his children, Kelley Fenner (Esther) of Peebles, Daryl Fenner (Pam) of East Danville and Dianna Spain (David) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his sisters, Jeannette Knauff and Jane Luman; and his grandchildren, Tiffany, Mathew, Seth, Shane, Zach, James and Harley. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
