He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Spencer; his children, Amelia Spencer of Hillsboro, Kaitlyn Spencer of Hillsboro, Howard Spencer Jr. of Hillsboro, Cecilia Spencer of Hillsboro, Sean Spencer of Hillsboro and Aidan Spencer of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Daniel and Sophia; his sisters, Rita Spencer of Maryland, Jeanne Pierce of Columbus and Marieileen Calpin (Don) of Columbus; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Lorant of Youngstown, Stephan Lorant (Lisa) of Florida, Monica Lorant of Youngstown, Ohio and Christine Lorant of Youngstown, Ohio.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Turner & Son Funeral Home (602 N High St, Hillsboro, OH 45133). A requiem service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (140 S Findlay St, Dayton, OH 45403). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery - Dayton (1625 Calvary Ave, Dayton, OH 45409).
