He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Mihalik and Beverly Mihalik (Mart); his father-in-law Donald King; and his brother-in-law Dan Breen. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Mihalik (King); his children, Jennifer Mihalik of Hillsboro, Julie Shepherd (Evan) of Bethel and Joshua Mihalik (Barbie) of Columbus; his mother-in-law Mary King of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Laila, Maicyn, Stella, Jet Shepherd and Oliver Mihalik; his siblings, Tom Mihalik (Becky) of Florida, Chris Mihalik (Debbie) of Loveland, Lori Breen of Florida and Lisa McFarland (Gary) of Loveland; and his sister-in-law Bev Stout of Hillsboro. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
