He is survived by: his wife Katherine Hurt (South); his children, Michael Phillips (Jill), Trever Warner Graham, Louella Branham and Doana Gaylord (Kevin); his grandchildren, Shelby Hurt, Danna Anderson, Dalton Cochran, Taylor Cochran, Savanna Branham, Dillon Phillips and Brooklyn Phillips; his great grandchildren, Riley Anderson, Roman Anderson, Rose Anderson, Stella Brunswick and Bexley Cochran; and his mother-in-law Louella Marshall.
