He is survived by: his wife Ann Everetts (Smart); his daughters, Deanna Lyons (Larry) and Debbie Couch (Bill); his grandchildren, Derrick Lyons (Maggie), Donica Haines (Scott), Darci Miles (Bruce), Jenny Kelly (Mike), Devon Radant (Ben), Scott Couch (Erika) and Kim Hess (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Zander Lyons, Breslyn Lyons, Reaghan Hagan (Ryan), Britton Haines (Hope), Brock Haines, Ramsey Haines, Addyson Miles, Kobie Miles, Hudson Kelly, Mason Kelly, Ella Radant and Lyla Radant; his great great grandchild Nolan Hagan; and his siblings, Donnie Everetts (Evelyn) and Barbara Newman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the Hillsboro Church of Christ Youth Fund.
