He was predeceased by: his parents, George Phillips and Glenna Phillips; his son Jeffery Lee; and his wife Mary Lou. He is survived by: his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Amanda Phillips of Ripley, Ohio; his daughter Cathy; his son-in-law Doug Savage of Greenfield, Ohio; his granddaughters, Erin Holbrook (Vance) of Ripley, Kayla Savage of Seattle, Krista Savage of Alicante, Spain and Logan Savage of Greenfield, Ohio; and his great grandchildren, Alexandra, Levi and Conner Holbrook.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Good News Gathering, The Salyer Adult Group Home of Hillsboro or Hospice of Hope.
