He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leeth and Mildred McConnaughey Leeth; his brother Jim Leeth; his brother-in-law Richard Michael; and his parents-in-law, Glenn and Mildred Hastings.
He is survived by: his wife Glenna Hastings Leeth; his children, Tonya Leeth Scott of Hillsboro, Kim Lang (Eric) of Wheelersburg, Shannon Leeth of Cincinnati and Brandon Leeth (Jocelyn) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Alec Scott, Aaron Scott, Andrew Scott, Adam Scott, Tyler Lang (Melanie), Madison Flowers (Chris), Rileigh Lang, Reagan Leeth and Jonah Leeth; his great grandchild Beckett Flowers; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Hastings Michael (Judy Leeth) of Hillsboro. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
