He is survived by: his wife Carla Smith (Green); his stepsons, Shon Green of Hillsboro, Jerry Green of Hillsboro and Shannon Green of Hillsboro; his stepgrandchildren, Christian Michael Green and Tyler Green; his brothers, Tom Smith (Donna) of Hillsboro and Steve Smith (Linda) of Hillsboro; his aunts, Emma Puckett of Hillsboro, Rosemary Smith of Hillsboro, Betty D. Smith of Lebanon and Donna J. Hasten of Mansfield; and his siblings-in-law, Amy Lynn Real of Greenfield, Dawn Marie Smart of Bainbridge, James Green of Eastgate and Donald Flora of Hillsboro.
