He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Willis Cox, Sr. and Cora Oiler; his wife Wanda Cox (Stultz); his grandson Ryan Ely; his brothers, Rufus and Dale Cox; his daughter-in-law Carol Cox; and his stepmother Martha Cox (Coonrod).
He is survived by: his children, Frank Willis Cox, III (Janet), Daniel Eugne Cox of New Vienna, Paul Stephen Cox (Jenny) of Leesburg and Jeanette Ely of Hillsboro; his siblings, Saundra Binegar of Arizona, Delores Brown of Washington, C. H., Rhonda Cox of Greenfield, Albert Cox of Leesburg and Danny Cox; and his close friend Rose Everhart of Greenfield. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
