She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Nichols and Mary Nichols (Funk); her husband Walter Roscoe Nichols; and her sisters, Kathleen Taylor and Eveleen Crouch.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Nichols (Vickie) of Hillsboro, Sharon Fithen (Rick) of Hillsboro and Sandra Cottrell (Michael) of Hillsboro; and her close friend Ann Curtin of Hillsboro. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
