She was predeceased by: her parents, Leotis Long and Elsie Long (Shelton); her husband Henry Russell Eubanks; and her children, Terry Knapp, Jassie "Pooch" and Rusty Eubanks.
She is survived by: her children, Anzio Adams, Jodi Lynn Bowerman and Hank Eubanks. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, several great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
