He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kelley and Phyllis Kelley (Campton). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kelley (Fisher); his children, Lee Kelley of Hillsboro and Kelli Cooper (Randy) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, R. J. Cooper and McKenna Cooper; his sister Debbie Dance (Tom) of Hillsboro; his niece Melanie Foxx (Chris); his nephew Shawn Dance (Brittane); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brianna Foxx, Jadyen Foxx, Kinsley Dance and Eli Dance.
