We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2024, at the age of 100, Dorothy Carson Jones of Hillsboro, Ohio, born in Port Arthur, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Carson and Iola Carson (Clifton); her husband Charles F. Jones; and her granddaughters, Angela Jones and Stacy Carter.

She is survived by: her children, Charlene Carter of Hillsboro, Clifford Jones (Marty), Jerry Jones (Teresa), Rodney Jones (Judy), David Jones, Taylorsville and John Jones (Ruth) of Wilmington. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as a sister.
