She was predeceased by: her parents, William Marion Lewis and Sarah Ada Viola Lewis (Dimond); her husband Duane Millard Mootz; her son Bradley Eugene Mootz; her daughter-in-law Ruby Mootz; her grandchildren, Cassaundra Mootz and Josh Mootz; and her great grandchild Porter Doss.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Mootz (Jodi), Glen Mootz (Sue), Tim Mootz (Ramona), Tom Mootz (Sandy), Jim Mootz (Angel), Nathan Mootz (Melanie), Jon Mootz, Charlie Mootz (Denise), Naomi Barnett (Gerald), Sarah Rose (Rodney) and Rebecca Davis (Walt); and her siblings-in-law, Don Roosa, Willa Jean Mootz and Sheila Mootz. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends.
