She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Rodney Kellis and Martha Jane Kellis (Fling); her husband Charles S. Harsha; her parents-in-law, Charles and Inez Harsha; her nephew Christopher Ryan Kellis; and her sister-in-law Susie Wagoner (Harsha).
She is survived by: her children, Jared Harsha (Barb) of Raleigh, NC, C. Justin Harsha (Sarah) of Hillsboro and Megan Khatri (Faisal) of Cincinnati; her grandchildren, Gavin, Mallory Harsha, Reed, Jenna, Laylah Harsha, Guyton Carroll, Zayd, Layth, Safiya, Sayf, Qays and Yasmeen Khatri; her brother John Kellis (Carolyn) of Hillsboro; her nephews, Joshua Kellis (Bobbie Joe) of Hillsboro and J. D. Wagoner (Megan) of Hillsboro; her niece Ali Ferguson (Andy) of Key West; and her brother-in-law Doug Wagoner of Hillsboro.
In Lieu of flowers, Deb requested memorial contributions be made to the Hillsboro Cemetery Association at P.O. Box 8, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133, the Highland County Family YMCA at 201 Diamond Drive Hillsboro, and/or the Hillsboro Public Library at 10 Willettsville Pk.
