He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar H. Brown and Ephie Brown (Adkins); his father-in-law Clarence Neil Harvey; his sister-in-law Carol Ann Ross Wolfe; and his nephews, Douglas Wayne Griffith, Jason Brown and Danny Ray Brown.

He is survived by: his wife Teresa Harvey Brown; his children, Aaron Neil Brown of Hillsboro, Joshua David Brown (Charly) of Batavia, Savanna Lynn McMurry of Greenfield and Kyle Daniel Brown (Breanna Wilt); his grandchildren, Alexus Nicole Brown, Edwin Newell Davis Jr., Oliver Robert McMurry, Rylee Newman, David Allen Brown, Ashlynne Rae Brown and Grace Lee Brown; his siblings, Vicki Wheeler (Randy) of Ashland, KY, James Brown of Ashland, KY, Don Brown of West Chester and Susan Marshall of South Lebanon; and his mother-in-law Mary Louise Harvey.
