It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance M. Miller of Hillsboro, Ohio, who passed away on August 1, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Donna Miller; her parents, Ralph Wise and Laura Wise; and her brother Mike Wise. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Bishop (Randy) and Charlotte Miller; her grandchildren, LaTessa Doyle and Jonathon Doyle; and her siblings, David Wise (Betty), Jean Peercy (Dale) and Becky Arledge (Brian).
