He is survived by: his partner Beverly Durst; his children, John Hendricks (Melissa) of Portsmouth, OH., Adam Summers (Rachel) of Brookville, OH., Jake Summers (Jennifer) of Columbus, OH., Leanna Grinstead (Keith) of Sidney, OH. and Kristen Tuggle (Tim) of Knoxville, TN.; his grandchildren, Ashle, Tyler, Jessica, Preston, Allyssa, June, Brice, Bailey, Trent and Trey; and his sisters, Candy Mastbaum (Mike) of Fairborn, OH. and Cindy Summers of Fairborn, OH.. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
