He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Kerr and Dorothy Kerr (Ashling); his brother Bill Kerr; and his grandparents, Ray and Ruth Ashling.
He is survived by: his daughter Ginger Kaye Kerr Lowell of Hillsboro; his granddaughters, McKenzie Kaye Lowell and Elena Kathleen Lowell; and his nieces, Kathy Sorrell (Ronald, Sr.) of Greenfield and Krista Kerr (Garry Coleman) of Greenfield.
