He was predeceased by: his parents, Kash Patrick and Orpha Patrick; and his daughter Jessica Darlene Patrick. He is survived by: his girlfriend Shawna Moman; his son Jared David Patrick; and his sister Darlene Patrick Hart (Mike). He is also survived by Uncles, Aunts and many cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Edgington Funeral Home (17 E Main St, Hillsboro, OH 45155). A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mowrystown Cemetery (934 Fenwick Rd, Hillsboro, OH 45133).
