She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Addington and Cora Addington (Wright); her siblings, Dewey, Lowell Addington, Hazel Laycock, Polly Mae Addington and Irene Roush; and her son-in-law John Potter.
She is survived by: her husband Erroll Parks; her daughters, Melody Parks Potter and Melinda Parks Kirksey (Glenn); her grandchildren, Shawn Kerans, Shai Upton, Zacharia Upton and Brelynn Upton; her great grandchildren, Damien Kerans, Arienne Kerans, Eddie Bowen Jr., Jason Bowen, Dairred Bowen, Kurtis Bowen, Nevaeh Bowen, Kyler Chaney, Aaliyah Upton, Branson Upton, Brailey Upton, Abel Smith and Creed Smith; and her brother Robert Addington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Edgington Funeral Home (17 E Main St, Hillsboro, OH 45155). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mowrystown Presbyterian Church (3 W Main St, Hillsboro, OH 45155).
Contributions in Catherine's memory may be made to the Mowrystown Presbyterian Circle 2 Ladies Fund or Mowrystown Presbyterian Memorial Fund.
