She is survived by: her mother Florence Haynie (Wisecup) of Greenfield; her siblings, Donna Staub (Rick) of Hillsboro, Linda Daugherty (Jerry) of Greenfield, Rosemary Haynie of Greenfield, Gary W. Haynie of Greenfield and Michael Chopin of Greenfield; her extended family, Bill and Shana Folsom; and her pet Lucky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
