She was predeceased by: her husband Paul E. Rowland; her siblings, Douglas Platt, Curtis Platt, Donald Platt, Jimmy Day, Eugene Day, Irene Day and Mary Elenor Wilson; and her birth parents, Ollie and Nana Day.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Dake (Rob) and Molly Saunders (Doug); her grandchildren, Pamela Spencer (Dave), Christiana Joseph (Ryan), William Scott Saunders, Jeremy Armstrong (Danielle) and Emily Tighe (Brian); her great grandchildren, Autumn Harvey, Tristin Harvey, Hunter and Lilly Armstrong; and her sisters, Sylvia Jean Van Ocker and Jackie Shied (Jack). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
