She was predeceased by: her parents, James English and Lorhea English (Faris); her former husband George Claibourne, Jr.; and her brother Bill English. She is survived by: her husband Eddy R. Fenner; her sons, Tim Claibourne of Hillsboro and Tom Claibourne (Linnea) of Winchester; her stepdaughter Karen Hamilton (Dan) of Croton, Ohio; her grandchildren, Sarah Casper (Ryan), Mark Hamilton (Jenny), Heidi Claibourne, Haley Claibourne, Leah King (Evan), Anya Masse (Will) and Micah Claibourne; her cousin John Faris; and her nephews, Mark, Randy and Alex Butler. She is also survived by Eight great-grandchildren.
