He is survived by: his significant other Jill Newkirk; his children, Barry Pendell (Tara) of Hillsboro, Megan Hodge (Darby) of Hillsboro and Stephanie Perie (Ryan) of Greenfield, Ohio.; and his close friend Steve Hart. He is also survived by Several cousins, nieces, nephews and special family friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Ohio's Hospice of Fayette County.
