He is survived by: his parents, Harry Green and Anna May Green; his wife Kristi Green (Kier); his children, Shane Kintz (Stephanie) of Wilmington, John Kintz (Sarah) of Wilmington and Kaira Kintz of Martinsville; and his close friends, Duane and Glenda Beath of Hillsboro. He is also survived by six grandchildren, two brothers.
