She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lloyd and Carrie Mae Richmond (Smith); her former husband Winford M. Hubbs; her husband Andrew J. Hickson; her children, Bijah W. "Rusty" Hubbs and Sue N. Schirmer; her children-in-law, Ruth A. Hubbs and Charles Schirmer; and her granddaughter Tammie Sue Preston (Schirmer).
She is survived by: her son Johnnie L. Hubbs; her brother Junior Hill; and her daughter-in-law Bea Hubbs. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
