She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Couch and Polly Jane Couch (Hoskins); her granddaughter Misty Smith; and her siblings, Lawrence Couch and Alberta Couch.
She is survived by: her children, Rocky Smith (Sharon) of Harrodsburg, KY, Davy Smith (Judy) of Bainbridge, Elvis Smith (Pamela) of Hillsboro, Herbert Lee Webb (Rhonda) of Greenfield, Rita Boling (Donald) of Hillsboro and Jana Spencer (Dean Gephart) of Hillsboro; and her sister Alva Mae Hensley (Roy Lee) of Fairborn. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren.
